This is an Engine Stabilizer for the Minis. Certain model years suffered from poor right hand engine mounts resulting in oil leakage from the bottom. This unit keeps the engine from moving back and forth under acceleration which increases overall power. This laser cut and tig welded part is easily installed in under one hour. Improves shifting and smooths out idle. Also improves take-off acceleration. You will not have any [NVH] NOISE, VIBRATION or HARSHNESS after installed. The fit is like factory and no adjustments to come loose. Powder coated in texture black.

R52/R53 Intercooler Cover for 2002 - 2006 Hardtop and 2004 - 2008 Cabrio

This intercooler cover adds a little flair to the Cooper S Engine Bay. Laser cut then tig welded to perfection. It is powder coated in black with a blue or black insert. Made from 18 gauge steel. Has raised lip on the rear to direct extra air to the intercooler. Beautifully finished part.

So we brought out AIRVIP 2.5 This is an air intake for the standard Cooper that comes with a K&N high flow air filter, We laser cut and tig weld the new mounting cover to which the air flow sensor bolts to. This unit replaces the stock air box lid. We use all the factory mounting locations. Including the valve cover bolt. Watch our video and notice how solid AIRVIP 2.5 is with the valve cover bracket in place. Expect about 4 to 5 hp @ 5000 rpm's. If you already have our AIRVIP 2, THE NEW AIRVIP 2.5 will work in conjunction with it. You will definitely hear this intake system.

This will remove the muffler from the turbo's down pipe that leads to the intercooler . An inexpensive solution to an expensive after market silicone tube. With the same results . Lets the air flow smoothly into the intercooler. Stock muffler on left and VIP part on right. Powder coated black inside and out for a smooth finish. Muffler shown just above factory intercooler. We do not recommend this on 2011+ N18 motors.
